If you ask me, they aren't the most flattering pictures you could have chosen, but then again, that was not what we were going for. I never really noticed how different it is when trying to go from the "say cheese" face to actually letting my own complexion be genuine to what I am feeling. Good shots.
Great start Long Long! This is a cohesive set of portraits set in black and white presenting different moods through changes in facial expression. I really like how you stepped away from having the model pose and captured the natural expression of the model.
Great Start. I think that you did a great job of the black and white and using the blank background. However i feel as though some of the pictures of Kyle seem very posed to me. i think that you could maybe work on creating a set that is a little less posed.
i like these photos because they show many of kyles emotions. my favorites are 2 and 5, which show that he has a serious and a playful side. these would look good juxtaposed
